Rosey Speech Solutions is the brainchild of an experienced speech-language pathologist, dedicated to offering specialized virtual assistant services to private practice owners in the speech-language pathology field. With a rich history of over a decade, including successfully managing a private practice in NYC and the Hudson Valley our founder excels in providing tailored assistance for administrative tasks and social media management. Ideal for: SLPs who need minimal assistance with essential administrative tasks, allowing them to focus more on therapy and client care. 10 hours per month​

  • Basic Billing Support: Prepare invoices and send client billing reminders.

  • Caseload Management: Basic organization of client schedules and therapist calendar.

  • HIPAA-Compliant Paperwork Preparation: Creation and updating of basic forms (HIPAA forms, consent forms).

  • Social Media Content: 4 social media posts per month with relevant images and captions.

Investment: $450 per month

Standard Support Package

Ideal for: SLPs needing moderate assistance with a mix of essential tasks and more hands-on support, including social media and client intake. 20 hours per month

  • All Services in Essential Support Package

  • Client Intake Management: Handle new client inquiries, schedule initial assessments, and gather intake information.

  • Enhanced Billing Support: Process payments, track invoices, and follow up on late payments.

  • Caseload Organization and Tracking: Regular updates and follow-ups with clients to monitor schedule changes and cancellations.

  • Extended Social Media Content: 8 posts per month with captions, scheduling, and basic graphic design.

  • Monthly Performance Report: Basic report summarizing the growth on social media, client engagement, and any caseload trends.

Investment: $800 per month

Premium Support Package

Ideal for: SLPs who want comprehensive support across all administrative areas, maximizing efficiency and focusing on scaling their practice.  40 hours per month.

Services Included:
  • All Services in Essential and Standard Support Packages

  • Advanced Billing and Collections: Comprehensive billing management, including handling insurance submissions and tracking payments.

  • Full Caseload Management: Organize all client scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Maintain records for attendance and policies.

  • Client Follow-Up & Engagement: Routine follow-up for client progress, satisfaction surveys, and communication.

  • Full Social Media Management: 12 posts per month with customized graphics, caption writing, hashtag research, and post-scheduling. Optional reels or short videos for higher engagement.

  • Monthly Performance Report & Strategy Session: Detailed report covering billing, social media growth, and client engagement, plus a strategy session to plan upcoming month’s focus and areas for improvement.

  • Priority Communication: Rapid response for time-sensitive tasks and priority handling of critical issues.

Investment: $1,250 per month
